I have been gone to McCracken Dentistry for over 40 years and always had a pleasant experience with the work I had done starting with Dr. Byrd and now with Dr. Mark and recently with Dr. Kirk. Everyone starting with the office staff, dental assistants and doctors have always treated me with respect and explained every procedure before starting then afterwards any follow-ups as necessary. Today was a routine visit and as always I am extremely satisfied with McCracken Dentistry.
Today Dr. Kirk told me everything looks great and will see me in 6 months

Dr. Kirk is by far the best dentist around. He always makes you feel welcome. Also if you want an awesome hygienist then Krista is the one. She is very gentle, kind and has a GREAT personality.

I like that the staff are friendly, the place is clean. My hygienist AJ was thorough in cleaning my teeth and took time to make sure everything looks good. I also like Dr. Shelby who is very nice , knowledgable and attentive. She makes me feel comfortable. My kids who also has her as their dentist loves her.

McCracken Family Dentistry is the gold standard in dentistry. I work in the dental field and see patient care from practices all over the nation. McCracken is one of the most impressive practices I have encountered. Thank you Dr. Mark and staff for all you do!

My experience has been very good. They were very thorough in identifying my problems, coming up with a plan of attack and implementing that plan.

Dr. McCracken takes the time to carefully explain the details of a procedure. My visit was on time and the technician is very professional.

This dentist makes getting work done a pleasure. The staff are all exceptionally helpful with insurance questions. Dr Kirk McCracken’s care is nothing short of exceptional, scheduling is easy and quick, easily the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist.

Both Megan, the dental assistant, and Dr Shelby were excellent. They both took time to explain in detail what the were doing during every step of the procedure (preparing the tooth for a permanent crown and putting in a temporary crown). Additionally, they constantly made sure I was comfortable physically during the entire procedure. What a great team.
