McCracken Family Dentistry, started in 1959 by Dr. Byrd McCracken and his belief in treating patients like family has continued thru the next generation of McCracken Dentists.

Dr.Byrd’s sons Dr. Mark McCracken and Dr. Kirk McCracken keep up with the latest in dental procedures and enjoy providing general dentistry thru advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry.

The office has many additional family members equally committed to providing the very best in dental care. McCracken “Family” Dentistry truly treats each patient like family and you will see this on your first appointment.

  Both Megan, the dental assistant, and Dr Shelby were excellent. They both took time to explain in detail what the were doing during every step of the procedure (preparing the tooth for a permanent crown and putting in a temporary crown). Additionally, they constantly made sure I was comfortable physically during the entire procedure.  What a great team.

  This FAMILY Dentistry is very professional with a spirit of excellency from each  and every employee...from detail work from the dentist, those cleaning your teeth to the receptionist they are in the details. They honor the patient and are very informative.  As an okder person who been to many places, I wish I had found them earlier in my journey. I highly recommend them!

  I have been coming here for decades to see Dr. Kirk, Dr. Mark, and now Dr. Shaffer.  They’ve remained a small, family-run business with a customer-centric focus. The staff and hygienists have always been friendly and accommodating to scheduling changes. They’ve done an excellent job with routine cleanings over the years and I trust their medical advice implicitly.

  Dr. Mark is tackling my dental issues in a non-judgmental, kind and calm manner. The procedures have been painless, with a relaxed aura. He answers questions without hesitation.
