Mark McCracken D.M.D., a second generation dentist, was born in Pittsburgh but raised locally. He joined the practice with his father, Dr. Byrd McCracken, in 1983. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Lycoming College in 1979. He attended Dental School at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with honors in 1983. Dr. Mark is an active member of the American Dental Association, and the Harrisburg Dental Society. He is an advocate of continuing education and attends many seminars every year to stay current in his specialty. He completed a two year advanced implant training program. Dr. Mark currently resides in Enola with his wife, Cheryl. Their daughter, Kortney, recently graduated from dental hygiene school, while their oldest daughter, Kristen, is working in New York City.
Kirk McCracken D.M.D., born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Susquehanna University in 1984. He joined the family practice in 1988, after receiving his Doctorate Degree and graduating with honors from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kirk is an active member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Harrisburg Dental Society. He regularly exceeds the state requirements for continuing education and has completed a two year advanced implant training program. Dr. Kirk and his wife Gerry, who is also a general dentist, live near Dillsburg with their three children.
Gerry Cummings McCracken D.M.D., born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, received her Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology from the University of Pittsburgh. She graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1988. After taking a number of years off from her dental career to stay at home with three children, she is now working part time in a limited capacity. She has recently participated in a number of medical mission trips to Peru to provide dental care to some of the country's neediest people. Dr. Gerry and her husband Dr. Kirk currently live near Dillsburg with their three children.
